Return & Refund Policy

• Items must be BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags to be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
• We reserve the right to inspect and reject any return if items are not in original condition (BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags).
• Shipping fee is not refundable.
• Only items purchased from huojillc.com are eligible for return or exchange .
  You may reach out to your original vendor if your purchases are from other channels.

How to Return

• Contact our customer support at email : Parkletan@gmail.com
• Tell us the order number and email address ,and item's problems
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
• Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email .
  
• Once the returned package is received by our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund or exchange for you.

*Please be noted that every order is eligible for ONE prepaid shipping label only. If you submit the return request twice or more, or your order is outside the said 30 days window, the shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to us for an exchange or a refund are covered by you.
